Technical Specifications
The Dual Door "Tradition" Notice Board is a single-sided display unit available in either a single or dual-door configuration, depending on the size. The display area can accommodate between 2 to 18 A4-sized documents, making it flexible for different use cases.
Constructed with a profile depth of 30 mm, the board features vandal-resistant 4 mm Plexichoc® glazing. This ensures the protection of the displayed content from external damage while offering clear visibility. The opening mechanism is reversible with a side opening, or it can be configured as a dual-door for additional accessibility.
To secure the content, the board has a locking mechanism on one side operated by a key and a non-locking latch on the other side to facilitate public access. Its robust design includes waterproofing with an elastomer seal to protect against weather elements. The back plate is made from galvanised steel with a white lacquered finish suitable for use with magnets, ensuring ease of content arrangement and modification. Unless specified otherwise, the external back is finished in RAL 7032.
The frame is available in either silver anodised aluminium or painted in a variety of colours from our Vitincom® range, offering aesthetic versatility.
Installation and Additional Features
Our notice board is designed for post mounting, either directly concreted into the ground or on base plates, as required. It comes equipped with Procity® magnets, supplied at a rate of one per A4 sheet for secure display attachment.
The post kit includes two 60 x 40 mm posts, which can be either silver anodised or painted, and is delivered with four stainless steel mounting brackets. This setup ensures a sturdy and reliable installation. For alignment of multiple notice boards, an additional central post with two stainless steel mounting brackets is available, ensuring seamless integration into larger display configurations.
For areas exposed to strong winds, we strongly recommend concreting the posts directly into the ground to enhance stability and safety.
Header Panel
The header panel of the notice board is available in three distinct shapes: Dome, Wave, or Rectangle. Made from 2 mm plasma cut steel, these panels can be easily attached to the post kit using the provided fixings, adding an elegant touch to the overall design.
Customisation Options
In addition to the standard features, the notice board can be customised with an LED kit for illuminated display, which requires assembly by a qualified electrician to meet safety regulations. Extra magnets and LED ribbons are also available for enhanced utility.
