The frame of the lounger is constructed from a robust 30 x 50 mm steel tube, which is zinc primed and painted in one of Procity's custom colours. This ensures that the lounger not only looks appealing but also withstands the test of time and various environmental factors. Depending on user preference, the Silaos® lounger can be customized with or without armrests, crafted with an 8 mm thickness. This flexibility allows for tailored comfort suitable for diverse public spaces, from parks and gardens to pedestrian zones and recreational areas.

The seat and backrest are made from PEFC-certified oak with a substantial thickness of 36 mm. Each Silaos® lounger is mounted on durable base plates, providing stability and ease of installation. For locations within 5 miles of the coast, Procity strongly recommends an additional weather treatment for the steel components, such as galvanizing, to further extend the product's lifespan.
