The individual container enclosure allows waste bins to be stored while limiting the amount of space required. It can accommodate two containers of up to 360 liters each, or one large container of up to 770 liters.
Since January 1, 2024, local authorities have been required to implement source separation of biowaste for households. Biowaste consists of food waste and green waste. Thanks to our Berlin container shelter, local authorities can offer their residents a separate collection system by adapting the color of one of the flaps for biowaste.

Technical characteristics of the Berlin shelter
The Berlin container and biowaste shelter is designed to offer a practical and aesthetic solution for the storage and management of waste containers. Its generous dimensions (width 1554 × height 1400 × depth 943 mm) make it possible to efficiently store several containers, thereby limiting clutter in public or private spaces.
The structure of this shelter is made of galvanized steel sheet, a material renowned for its strength and resistance to weather conditions. This construction guarantees exceptional durability, even in demanding environments. In addition, users can choose to install the shelter with or without rear cladding, providing additional flexibility depending on specific needs.
The opening system is equipped with double hinged doors secured with a triangular key, ensuring restricted access to the containers. For optimal ease of use, the upper flaps of the shelter feature assisted opening and closing with a gas strut, also lockable with a triangular key. This feature makes daily waste handling easier while ensuring safety.
Customization and finish
The Berlin shelter can be customized to meet the specific requirements of development projects, notably by choosing from a range of monochrome or two-tone finishes. The standard finish consists of paint applied over galvanized steel in our usual colors, with an option for additional colors for biowaste sorting, available on request. This customization is particularly useful for local authorities that must comply with new regulations requiring source separation of biowaste as of January 1, 2024.
To securely anchor the shelter to the ground, our model includes pre-drilled base plates with 9 mm diameter holes. Anchor bolts are not supplied, allowing users to select the fixings best suited to their surface. For perfect alignment of 240-liter containers, an optional positioning template is available, simplifying installation and organization of waste bins.
